For attorneys and financial planners

Focus on the presentation. We’ll manage the work around it.

We manage the promotion, registration, reminders, and follow-up around your webinars and educational events, helping interested people take the next step toward a conversation with your firm.

Tell us about the audience you want to reach, the event you have in mind, and where you need support.

Fit

When a managed program makes sense, and when it may not.

You can run events with your own staff, or buy event software and operate it yourself. A managed program suits firms that want the connected work handled, not another tool to learn.

Usually a good fit

  • Attorneys or financial planners who present educational webinars or seminars, or want to start.
  • Firms without staff time to build pages, send reminders and follow up after every event.
  • Events that are part of how you meet prospective clients, so follow-up matters as much as attendance.
  • A firm that wants a repeatable rhythm and a review after each cycle.

Another route may suit you better

  • You have a marketing team already running events well and only need a registration tool.
  • You want platform access alone and prefer to operate it in-house.
  • You need full live production, venue management or on-site staffing as the main service.
  • Your event is a one-off with no plan to follow up with attendees.

The event journey

Give the event a plan from the first invitation to the next conversation.

A registration is a beginning. People still need the details, a reminder to attend, and a relevant next step afterward.

BEFORE

Campaign and registration

A campaign plan, invitation emails and posts for approval, a branded landing page, a registration form, confirmations, and an agreed reminder sequence. Paid advertising can be included; ad spend is billed separately.

DURING

Event coordination

Event-platform setup within scope, attendance captured from the platform or check-in list, and an agreed contact for event-day questions. You present; live production and on-site staffing are agreed separately if needed.

AFTER

Follow-up and review

Attendee follow-up, replay or next-event invitations for no-shows, interested people routed to your consultation contact, and a short review of registration, attendance and the outcomes your firm can share.

Platform and CRM. Our standard program runs on our branded platform, with agreed information passed to the CRM your firm already uses. Building event workflows inside your existing CRM is possible as a separately scoped custom implementation.

How we work together

A clear sequence from first conversation to repeatable program.

  1. Discovery conversation

We discuss your audience, event plans, current tools and where you need support.

  2. Proposal and scope

A written scope of events, deliverables, responsibilities, separate costs and term.

  3. Set up and approve

We prepare pages, messages and connections. Nothing goes out before your approval.

  4. Run and review

We manage the agreed cycle, then review results with you and recommend changes.

We take on

  • Campaign, pages, registration and reminders
  • Platform setup and attendance records within scope
  • Follow-up, no-show recovery and handoff to your team
  • Post-event review and recommendations

Your firm provides

  • Subject matter, presenter and approvals
  • Any compliance review your profession requires
  • Live presentation and moderation
  • Professional advice and consultation conversations

Not included unless agreed in writing: venue, catering, live technical production or recording, and on-site staffing.

What shapes the scope and the cost.

Scope drivers

  • Number and frequency of events
  • Webinar, in-person, or both
  • Size of the audience lists and channels used
  • Whether paid advertising is included
  • Replay distribution and follow-up depth
  • Standard platform, or custom CRM implementation

Kept separate

  • Advertising spend
  • Event software and platform usage fees
  • Venue, catering and on-site staffing
  • Live production or recording
  • Custom work inside your existing CRM

Your proposal sets out the cost, schedule and responsibilities before work begins.

Related support.

Event Management stands on its own. Paid advertising, lead recovery and websites are not sold separately; they are bundled capabilities inside Client Acquisition Engine, our connected acquisition and follow-up service. None is required for an event program.

Questions firms ask about event management.

Do we need to buy Client Acquisition Engine?

No. Event Management is available on its own. If we already manage part of the work through another engagement, we account for that in the event scope.

Can you help with webinars and in-person seminars?

Yes. We scope the marketing, registration, communications, and follow-up around the format you choose. Venue arrangements, on-site staffing, and production are separate responsibilities to agree when needed.

What support do you provide during the live event?

Your scope names the event-day contact and what they cover, such as platform setup and attendance capture. You present and run the session. Live technical production, moderation or on-site staffing are only included if agreed in writing.

Can you promise a number of registrations or new clients?

No. Results depend on your topic, audience, timing and follow-through. We report what happened and recommend changes, and we distinguish interest from actual client engagements.

What happens when we submit an inquiry?

The form saves your request. It does not book a time or send an email. A member of our team reviews it and contacts you to arrange the conversation.

Make your next event easier to bring together.

Start with a short introduction about the events you want to run. If we’re a fit, we’ll arrange a longer conversation about your audience, timing and support needs.
