Selective product projects
Have a product idea with a real customer behind it?
We consider software product projects where the customer problem is clear and there is a practical plan to build, sell, and support the product.
Start with the customer and the evidence.
Tell us who would use the product, what they are trying to do, what you have learned from them, and how you would reach them. An existing audience or direct customer access helps make the conversation concrete.
Define a useful first version.
We assess the workflow, scope, responsibilities, and budget before committing to development. Product discovery is separately scoped when it is needed.
Make the business arrangement explicit.
Build fees, ownership, ongoing work, and any participation in the product business are discussed separately. A development conversation does not imply an equity agreement or a promise to fund the build.
