Who we are and what this policy covers

TB Ventures LLC, doing business as TB Digital Group, operates this website from Littleton, Arapahoe County, Colorado, United States. We determine how information is used for our own website inquiries, sales conversations, and appointment scheduling. You can contact us at tom@tbdigitalgroup.com.

This policy covers our website, Growth Opportunity Check, inquiry handling, and bookings through our GoHighLevel calendar. Processing we carry out on behalf of a client is addressed in the relevant service agreement and any applicable data processing agreement.

Website inquiries and Growth Opportunity Check

Our contact form collects your name, email address, business name, service interest, and the description you submit. Optional information can include your website, phone number, timing, preferred response method, and additional context. We also store submission identifiers, timestamps, source/page information, and any consent choice you provide.

Growth Opportunity Check answers and results are calculated in your browser while you use the tool. The anonymous check does not submit its answers to our backend. If you choose to save it for follow-up, we store the contact details, answers, and results you submit. If you attach your results to an inquiry, that context is stored with the inquiry. Browser storage supports this handoff, and a signed cookie can connect a saved check to a subsequent inquiry from the same browser.

Website submissions are stored in our website's backend database hosted through Replit. They are not currently synced automatically to GoHighLevel. Saving an inquiry does not book an appointment or send an automatic receipt email.

Required fields are identified on each form. Without them, we may be unable to save your request, respond, or arrange an appointment. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, customer lists, confidential client files, or sensitive personal information through these forms.

GoHighLevel bookings and appointment communications

Our book-a-call links open a separate, GoHighLevel-hosted scheduling calendar. Booking information is processed in GoHighLevel, not submitted through our website inquiry form. The booking form collects contact details, service interest, an optional answer about what prompted you to reach out, appointment time/timezone, and the consent selections you make. Booking creates contact and appointment records in that system.

We use those records to arrange the free 15-minute intro call and handle confirmations, reminders, replies, cancellations, and rescheduling. Email and, where you separately agree to receive texts, SMS may be used for appointment communications. Message frequency varies with your appointment and conversation; message and data rates may apply.

The booking form has separate optional choices for non-marketing appointment texts and promotional texts. Providing a phone number, submitting an inquiry, accepting website terms, or booking a call is not by itself consent to promotional SMS. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance, or email us for help. You can still contact us by email if you decline or stop SMS.

GoHighLevel's scheduling flow may use background anti-bot checks. Cloudflare Turnstile resources have been observed in that flow. These services may process IP addresses, browser/device signals, and challenge information to assess automated traffic. This observation is not a claim that every booking has a visible CAPTCHA or that bot protection is infallible. Our website inquiry forms separately use a hidden spam-filtering field and request-rate controls.

How we use information and applicable legal bases

We use information to answer requests, assess fit, schedule and manage conversations, provide agreed services, protect our systems, respect communication preferences, and meet applicable legal obligations. Growth Opportunity Check results are informational, not an automated decision to accept or reject a client or a decision with legal or similarly significant effects.

Where European or UK data protection law applies, the relevant bases can include taking steps at your request before a contract or performing a contract; our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, managing relationships, and protecting systems, balanced against your rights; compliance with legal obligations; and consent for optional tracking and communications where required. You may object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent without affecting processing lawfully undertaken before withdrawal.

Optional marketing

Responding to a request or managing an appointment is separate from promotional updates. The website's optional updates checkbox records permission for those updates; it is not required to submit an inquiry. We do not initiate cold SMS. Promotional SMS requires a separate SMS-specific opt-in, and contacting us does not automatically subscribe you.

To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe option in the message or email tom@tbdigitalgroup.com. Reply STOP to stop SMS. We may keep a limited suppression record so that an opt-out remains effective. A future cold-email program is not authorized by this policy or by a booking; it would require a separate assessment of the applicable outreach rules and notices before launch.

Cookies, browser storage, and measurement

Essential browser storage supports forms, assessment handoffs, submission confirmations, and cookie choices. The saved-check linkage cookie expires after 30 days; that cookie's expiry does not delete the saved backend record. Your cookie preference is stored in your browser until changed or cleared.

  • Google Analytics 4: When configured, our GA4 integration loads only after you allow analytics. It measures page use and bounded website events, and Google may receive device/browser information, IP-derived location, and cookie identifiers. Advertising permissions remain denied unless you choose Allow all.
  • Meta Pixel: When configured, our Meta integration loads only after you choose Allow all. It can send page visits, bounded events, device/browser information, and identifiers to Meta for advertising measurement and potentially targeted advertising.
  • Search Atlas: We plan to use Search Atlas for SEO and website performance work. No Search Atlas tracking script is currently embedded in this website. Any future visitor-tracking integration needs an updated disclosure and appropriate consent controls before activation.
  • Hosting-platform analytics: The published website includes Replit's platform analytics script. Platform analytics can receive IP traffic and page/request metadata and report traffic sources, pages, countries, browsers, and devices. Our website cookie panel does not control that separately injected platform script.

Choose Essential only to decline our optional GA4 and Meta integrations, Allow analytics for analytics without our Meta advertising integration, or Allow all for both. Reopen Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page to change or withdraw your choice. A change reloads the page when necessary to stop previously loaded integrations. Provider cookies already stored may remain until they expire or you remove them using your browser settings. Website choices do not automatically change preferences on the external GoHighLevel calendar.

Our own custom-event code does not send form answers, email addresses, phone numbers, or free-text descriptions. Our GA4 page-location setting removes query strings. Those controls do not govern every data item collected by an independently loaded provider or the hosting platform. Avoid placing personal or confidential information in URLs.

Providers and disclosures

Providers receive information needed for their functions: Replit for website hosting, backend storage, technical operation, and platform analytics; GoHighLevel and its delivery providers for contact records, scheduling, email, and SMS; and meeting providers such as Zoom for meeting links and participation. Cloudflare may process security signals in the external booking flow. Google and Meta receive measurement information when our respective integrations are enabled and allowed. Planned Search Atlas use is described above.

Provider notices include Replit, GoHighLevel, Cloudflare, Zoom, Google, and Meta. Their notices explain their own processing; they do not replace our responsibilities for information we control.

We do not sell or rent inquiry or booking contact lists. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. They may be disclosed to providers solely to deliver and support authorized communications, or when legally required. Optional advertising disclosures can qualify as “sharing” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws, even without payment; this is why the Meta integration is an optional, separately controlled use.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality and applicable legal requirements.

Retention and security

We use purpose-based retention rather than a single blanket deadline. We keep inquiries, saved checks, and appointment records only while reasonably needed to handle the requested conversation, follow-up, or an ongoing engagement. Relevant factors include whether the inquiry is active, whether services are being discussed or delivered, outstanding requests or disputes, and applicable legal requirements.

Contract, financial, and legal records are kept for the period required by the applicable obligation. Consent evidence and limited opt-out records are kept only as needed to demonstrate permission or prevent unwanted contact. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, our policy is to delete it or make it non-identifying, unless a legal obligation or legal hold requires retention. Backup copies may persist until the provider's backup cycle replaces them. These criteria do not mean that all website or GoHighLevel records have an automatic expiry.

Our website uses signed saved-check cookies, submission validation, and spam/rate controls. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use our public forms for initial business contact, not confidential file transfers.

International processing

We operate in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they or their service providers operate; those countries may have different privacy protections from your country. Contact us for information about providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your data. Where applicable law requires a particular international-transfer safeguard, that safeguard must be established before the affected transfer. This policy does not represent that any particular certification or transfer agreement has already been verified.

Your choices, requests, and complaints

Contact tom@tbdigitalgroup.com to request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of use, withdrawal of consent, or an objection or opt-out. Tell us enough to identify the relevant inquiry or booking, but do not email passwords or identity documents unless a secure verification method has been agreed. We may need proportionate identity verification before disclosing or changing records.

Your legal rights and any exceptions depend on the law that applies, including relevant US state laws, European/UK laws, Canadian laws, or Australian laws. We handle requests within applicable legal time limits and explain any refusal or permitted extension. You can appeal a refusal or raise a privacy complaint through the same email address. We do not penalize you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

For our optional website advertising integration, choose Essential only or Allow analytics to opt out. You may also email us with a sale/sharing or targeted-advertising opt-out request. The current website preference code does not automatically read browser Global Privacy Control signals; use the preference controls or contact us rather than assuming a signal has changed your settings.

Where applicable, you may complain to your state attorney general or privacy authority, your European/UK supervisory authority, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or relevant provincial authority, or Australia's Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Contacting us first does not remove your right to approach a regulator.

Children

Our website and business services are not directed to children. Please do not submit children's personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so that we can investigate and address it.

Updates and contact

We will update this policy as our practices change and show the revised date here. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law, and any new consent-required use needs the relevant consent before it begins. Read our Terms of Service for website use and booking terms.
