About these terms

This website is operated by TB Ventures LLC, doing business as TB Digital Group, in Littleton, Arapahoe County, Colorado, United States. These terms govern your use of our website, inquiry forms, Growth Opportunity Check, and introductory-call booking. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use those services. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so.

These are website and booking terms, not a contract to deliver paid services. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and your choices. Accepting these terms is not consent to optional tracking or promotional messages.

Using this website

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information that you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate someone, submit spam or malicious code, interfere with availability or security, bypass access controls or bot checks, or misuse information obtained through the site. Do not send passwords, payment card details, customer lists, or sensitive or confidential client information through public forms.

You retain rights in information you submit. You authorize us to use it to handle your request or appointment and as described in the Privacy Policy; submission does not transfer ownership of your materials to us. We may restrict access or reject abusive or fraudulent submissions to protect the website and others.

Inquiries and Growth Opportunity Check

Submitting a website inquiry or saving a Growth Opportunity Check does not book a call, guarantee a response time, create a client relationship, or commit either party to an engagement. An on-screen save confirmation is not an appointment confirmation.

The Growth Opportunity Check is an informational self-assessment based on your answers. Its results are not an audit, professional advice, or a guarantee of business performance. You remain responsible for decisions made using that information.

Free 15-minute intro call

The 15-minute intro call is free. It is a short conversation about what prompted you to reach out and whether we may be a good fit, not a full discovery session or a commitment to provide services. If appropriate, we may agree to a longer conversation afterward.

Booking takes place through our separate GoHighLevel calendar. Check the date, time, and timezone in the booking confirmation. The calendar currently permits cancellation and rescheduling. Use the cancellation or rescheduling links provided with your booking, or email tom@tbdigitalgroup.com if you cannot find or use them. Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend. These website terms impose no cancellation or no-show fee for the free intro call.

Available times can change. If we need to cancel or move a conversation, we will seek to notify you using your provided contact information. A new time remains subject to availability.

Email and SMS communications

We may reply to a request and send appointment-related email. Where you separately opt in to appointment texts, SMS may include confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, and responses about your appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Promotional texts require a separate SMS-specific opt-in. Booking, providing your number, or accepting these terms does not itself grant that permission. We do not initiate cold SMS. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing services. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or contact tom@tbdigitalgroup.com. Stopping texts does not cancel an appointment; use its cancellation link or contact us separately.

Text delivery depends on carriers and messaging providers and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You are responsible for supplying a number you are authorized to use and telling us if it changes. Optional marketing email can be stopped using its unsubscribe option or by emailing us.

Information and intellectual property

The site's content describes our services and provides general business information. It is not legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Examples and descriptions do not promise specific revenue, rankings, lead volume, or other results.

The website's text, design, and brand assets belong to TB Ventures LLC or its licensors. You may view the site and use its public tools for their intended purpose, but may not republish or commercially reuse protected content without permission or another lawful basis. Third-party fonts, software, and other materials retain their applicable licenses.

Third-party services

Scheduling, meeting, messaging, and external links may involve providers such as GoHighLevel, Zoom, or LinkedIn. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their availability or independent practices. Our responsibilities under applicable law remain unchanged.

Service engagements

Paid service scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedules, subscriptions or renewals if any, cancellation, refunds, confidentiality, ownership, and data processing are agreed separately in writing. An inquiry or free booking does not start a paid subscription or authorize a charge. The applicable written service agreement controls the engagement if it differs from these website terms.

Availability and responsibility

We may update, suspend, or discontinue website features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and free informational tools are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular business outcome.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or free tools, including lost profits or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Colorado law and applicable United States federal law. Subject to any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes concerning these website terms may be brought in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over Arapahoe County, Colorado. We encourage you to contact us first to seek a practical resolution; doing so does not remove your legal rights.

Mandatory privacy and consumer protections that apply to you are not waived by these terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We will post updated terms here with a revised date and provide any additional notice required by law. Changes apply prospectively and do not silently change an existing written service agreement. Please review the terms when using the site or booking again.
